Industry News Brief is not configured yet

Microsoft Entra ID login cannot start because these environment variables are missing:

• AZURE_AD_CLIENT_SECRET

Copy .env.example to .env, fill in the App Registration values (redirect URI {APP_URL}/api/auth/callback/microsoft-entra-id), and restart. See docs/RUNBOOK.md.
